Returns & Refund Policy

We want to ensure you're happy and you receive nothing but quality products, and great service from The OakiWay Gift Shop.

If there is something wrong with your order? wrong item, or if your goods are in any way damaged or defective, when you receive them, or even if you just dont like it or not you have been expected.

Then, please do not hesitate to contact us about a replacement or refund within 14 days, of your received delivery.

Items can be returned, Only 14 days after being received.

Some items have a One year warranty (our memorial garden statues) so first please register your product for warranty registration page, if anything happens with the product during this period, please contact us and we will assist you. 

Email us at info@oakiway.com, Please include: order number, order details and pictures/short video that shows the problem, if possible.

We will do our best to make you happy & satisfy. We will provide you with instructions for returns, if needed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Item must also be in the original packaging), or under warranty you will be eligible for replacement. 

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to where it was sent from, it is sometimes a third party warehouse, that will not accept your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, Or Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us and also please recheck your bank account or credit card statement again after few days.

Shipping:
If your item is applicable for return (as mentioned in the sections above), we will cover the return shipping costs, if for any reason it is not as mentioned above but you would still would like to return it, we might ask you to cover the return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
